Weather Journal 17 March

Decided yesterday was the time to take my 1st hike of '07. The warmer temperatures and the gone from snow to grass status of my back yard had me convined that condition would be good.



Shouldn't have extrapolated my city conditions to conditions in the woods! Never the less a good hike, but sure go the WX wrong!

For the weekend forecasters say this, "Not much weather to speak of." By Monday maybe some rain. Still the mention of precipitation never gets to even 50% so the thinking is dry.

For the now we'll continue to scoot along with temps above freezing which I am guessing will not melt snow in the woods!
