• At 9-1 best Packer start since 1962 @ 10-0. They've won 11 of last 13 also.
• McCarthy is 7-2 in division games, 4-0 in road division games, has a 6 game road win streak.
• Pack have won 11 of last 13 v. Lions. Mccarthy got his first win last September and the swept the series winning 31-14 in December.
• Playing on Thanksgiving the Packers are 11-18-2 overall. Recently in 2001 they beat the Lions 29-27 and lost to Detroit 22-14 in '03.
• Oh yah, that 10-0 1962 lost it's only game to Detroit on Thanksgiving.
• All time the Packers lead the series 82-64-7. Favre has 21 wins and 7774 passing yards against Detroit.
• Going by team rankings the Packers have the edge in all offensive categories and total and pass defense while the Lions are a spot better in run defense.
• The Lions rank 32nd in ground offense taking over the team that just can't run title.
