Perspective?
I used to work in the boat business. You know how every so often you get a compliment in writing on your work from a customer....yesterday I got a thank you card from a patient that had gone into cardiac arrest and that we brought back....little different from thanks for getting me those engine parts.

Had an old Army Medic tell me to always cherish the "Thank Yous" because they don't happen very often. 10 years later, I still do.
