Since 1970 QB's ranging from Terry Bradshaw to J'marcus Russell have been #1 overall draft picks.
Bradshaw, Jim Plunkett, John Elway, Troy Aikman, Peyton Manning, and Eli Manning have been # 1 picks who have also won Super Bowls.
From 1999 to 2003 Tim Couch, Michael Vick, David Carr and Carson Palmer were the first pick in the draft. Uh, they have not won Super Bowls.
The Lions are staring down this 1st pick situation. Looks like they may get a hall of famer or hall of shamer.
