Read 8 books this month. A good first novel American Rust, House of God a classic satire of medicine and Jim Harrison's Returning to Earth for perspective after my father became ill.
Walked 22 of 31 days. Took 4 planned days off, was ill 1 day, lost a day to a crazy day at work and three days due to a trip. Walked with a sore foot, walked on the beach, saw my a neighbor doing yard work for the first time and walked on a day that was over 60 degrees.
The average temperature of 35.9 degrees was 1.9 above norm. Low was 5 which occured two times (walked 25 and 15 minutes respectively), high was 65 (planned day off). 15 days had rain, but 13 were clear.
