Have a Good Read: Rowing the Atlantic

Having followed Roz since she began rowing the Pacific I was excited about this book. Then due to a recent move it appropriately took a circuitous route to my door.

It did not disapoint.  I learned the background to Roz's often mentioned two obituary exercise.  She may not have been prepared in the way of fixing cooking stoves, but as she found out and continues to show being mentally tough is more important.

The sub title is lessons learned on the Open Ocean.  She hews to this not getting into a stroke by stroke account but rather looking at key points and teaching us from there.

Highly reccomend the book and further suggest you become involved in Roz and her rowing and climate change activities.
