Meanwhile the Winter Olympics have seen rain, slush and have trucked and helo'd snow in.
Washington DC has an all time record of 55 inches of snow.
Global warming.... shouldn't the venue of the winter olympics be cold and snowy?
Climate change...Washington DC snow city?
